Italy's Most Attractive Employer 2019

The result of a survey that measured the most attractive employers for university students and recent graduates, both Millennials and Generation Z members. Angelini ranked as the number one most popular Italian pharmaceutical company among STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) students. The award comes from Universum, the global leader in employer branding.

Italy’s Most Attractive Employer 2019 Award - Ideal Employer

Third place overall among the “Ideal Employers” for students in the Health & Medicine field, within the scope of the award offered by Universum.

Intranet Italia Champion 2019

Angelini won the Intranet Italia Champions of 2019 for its creation of the new MyA intranet, a true digital workplace built through an inclusive design process that took the needs and suggestions of group employees into account. Active profiling, e-commerce dedicated especially to staff and the excellent mobile version make this project a pioneer of innovation in internal communication.

Intranet Design Annual Award 2020

MyA gives employees access to a collaborative, innovative and user-friendly environment where they can find the digital tools they need in their everyday activities, as well as corporate communications and updates, in order to promote synergy and collaboration between the Angelini group’s different lines of business and geographic locations. These attributes earned the project the much-coveted seal of approval from the Nielsen Norman Group as one of its 10 best Intranets of 2020. In explaining the reasoning behind its selection for an Intranet Design Annual Award, the Nielsen Norman Group states: “This attractive Intranet blends utility with playfulness. The Intranet team dedicated careful thought and attention to making this Intranet a key player in the organisation’s strategic mission to unify its diverse business sectors and locations”.
