The Community Empowerment activities carried out by Angelini Holding through its corporate Academy have recently been enriched with new training offers, especially aimed at the children of the Group's employees.
In conjunction with the lockdown period, Angelini Academy has in fact developed a series of online meetings - in Italian and English - for children between 8 and 14 years of age. During these meetings, also realized thanks to the support of H-FARM, the young protagonists experimented with coding, pixel art and digital storytelling, training their communication, collaboration and creative problem solving skills.
Community Empowerment represents one of the three training areas carried out by Angelini Academy. It was created with the aim of restoring value to the communities in which the Angelini group operates through training activities on new skills and issues of social interest that are developed in collaboration with the companies of the Group. Digital and innovation, health prevention, job orientation and approach to wine culture represent some of the issues developed in this training area.
