Angelini Foundation

The Angelini Foundation is inspired by fundamental and ecumenical values: attention to people, safeguard of the most vulnerable, respect for our surroundings and for the environment we live in. Timeless values and yet also extraordinarily modern inspiring the view into the future.

The Foundation is open to any input and has a double purpose. On one side, to promote conversations on the most sensitive issues for humanity through dialogue initiatives, a sort of think-tank inspired by its values. On the other, to take action by promoting and funding charities and social promotion through solidarity engagements.

The Angelini Foundation, created by Cav. Francesco Angelini, is entirely funded by corporate profits.

Recent support activities conducted by the Angelini Foundation include the financing of a project for the automation of diagnostics in the laboratories of the Lazzaro Spallanzani Hospital in Rome. This donation amounted to €1 million and was driven by a desire not only to respond to the COVID-19 emergency, but also to stimulate long-term research. The Foundation has also contributed, again through a donation, to improving the A&E structure at Ospedali Riuniti di Ancona, which acts as the hub for the entire Marche Region.

In collaboration with MadreNatura, the joint venture between Angelini Holding and the Hero Group that operates in the baby food sector, a “food adoption” project has been promoted for weaning children, supported by the Banco Alimentare Lombardia and Banco Alimentare Abruzzo food banks.
